I 12 years old and 185 lbs. I need to loose weight asap beacause I just made a summer cheerleader. and i what 2 look good in my uniform. How can i loose a lot of weight in a little bit of time?

Watch the carb content, keep it under 100 grams a day, stay away from white flour, sugar, white bread etc.... and whats so bad about a 185 lb person being a cheerleader? Thats whats wrong with our so called society, these kids feel the need to become anorexic to "fit in" ...gaggggggggg.... I say kudo's to you and you just keep being active in all sports, you'll drop the weight but don't let it control YOU... I applaud you for not being in the category of those who made the comment, " You made it on the squad at 180?" Sad world we live in. tsk tsk

You can answer my quesion by adding details to yours.

In any case, the best and healthiest way to lose weight is to always eat breakfast, no sweets at all, drink lots of water and eat only fruits, vegetables, and low fat protein and walk a lot!!!

Now, tell me how you got to be a cheerleader at 185 pounds???

you'll only loose weight if you take exercise for a long peroiod of time- if you want muscles, eat eggs too- they contain alot of protien- also eat right- there is no easy way around this- you have to do alot of exercise.
