My restaurant would also serve blue crabs, dungenees crabs, poor boy sandwiches, raw oyster, jambalaya, etcc.... everything Louisiana style. You will get a choice of Mild, Med, Hot, plus 4 different cajun flavoring for your crawfish, every 2 pound you order, you get a free corn of cob and 1 Sausage.

New question:
If I decided to start off slowly and cook them from home by the pound order over the phone, are you willing to pick it up $5.00/lb?

No because I don't really like crawfish, I might pay you a dollar per pound.

It sounds like a good price but I don't like crawfish. What else would you serve?

I think people are willing to pay good money for good food, especially if the restaurant is exclusive for the area. Good luck!
