I've been in the trades for a while and I'd say anyone remodeling an older home. Nowadays, kitchens are designed to take advantage of standard measurements. Where, in a kitchen designed today, you can order pre-made cabinets and need no more than a 1" filler strip, back in the day, you have some really odd sizes and actually need to order custom.
I'd say, target the higher end, older neighborhoods.

New home builders, or people that are remodeling their kitchen and bath room. Advertise. Once you get established word of mouth is the best advertising you can get.
