You can't.
Because gods are the product of man's imagination. They are myth. To prove something, it must exist.
Since these gods cannot exist, one cannot prove anything about them one way or the other.
Proof belongs to the world of science and reality.
Gods belong to the world of fantasy and myth.
See the difference?

What is your criteria to judge a book whether its word of God?

What does the book says about itself?
Is there any contradictions in the book?
Is there any new information in the book which was not known at the time when it was revealed?
Is there any unfulfilled prophecies in the book?
Is the revelation available in the original language when it was revealed?
If its the word of God then the source should be one. If there is any quotes of the a man then it should be in the indirect speech.

QURAN HAS FALCIFICATION TEST AND CHALLENGE OF ALLAH

The Quran was revealed in the Arabic language. and it came at the time of the when the Arabic lanuguage was at its zenith. The Arabs were master of their language. and There comes a prophet who was an unlettered and was not known to be a poet. Some Arabs said that the Quran is come from you (Muhammad pbuh) and is not the word of God. Then in reply Allah gives the challenge in his book (the quran) that if you think that it is not the word of God then produce a like of Quran, and quran would have been prove wrong.

"Say: If the whole of Mankind and Jinns were together to produce the like of this Qur’an they could not produce the like thereof, even if they backed up each other with help and support."
[Al-Qur’an 17:88]

And if ye are in doubt as to what We have revealed from time to time to Our servant, then produce a Surah like thereunto; and call your witnesses or helpers (if there are any) besides Allah if your (doubts) are true. But if ye cannot – and of a surety ye cannot – then fear the Fire whose fuel is Men and Stones – which is prepared for those who reject faith".
[Al-Qur’an 2:23-24]

"Or they may say, "He forged it." Say, "Bring ye then ten Surahs forged, like unto it, and call (to your aid) whomsover ye can, other than Allah, if ye speak the truth!’."
[Al-Qur’an 11:13]

"Or do they say, "He forged it"? Say: "Bring then a Surah like unto it, and call (to your aid) anyone you can, besides Allah, if it be ye speak the truth!’."
[Al-Qur’an 10:38]

This is yet a standing challenge and a falsification test which is unanswered for the past 1400 years and will not be answered till eternity.

You can't.
This is coming from a worshiping Catholic. I believe that the King James version of the bible is correct, but that's because I agree with most (yes, most) of what the bible says. I also obey with most of the church's laws. But if you are Muslim, Jewish, Buddhist, Taoist, anything it's what you have been through or what you personally believe.
I believe that Jesus was the son of God, born of immaculate conception and that he was crucified and died for my sins, I believe that he'll be my saviour, i believe in heaven and hell, I believe in the saints, apostles, and angels. But I am no one to say what you can or can not believe. Contrary to what most people believe I am a catholic who agrees with most catholic values, but I have an open heart If you were are person that I knew and you were Jewish I would love you the same, no matter what.
The answer to your question is you can't, you can justify it by your faith, but you can not prove it.

Christians will say "only the Bible." Jews will say "only the Torah." Muslims say "the Bible, the Torah are both correct, but only the Qur'an is God's literal word" As-Salaamu Alaykum - Peace be upon you

here's the beauty of it all, YOU CAN'T!! you also can't prove that they AREN'T the words of god. besides, all of these book swer ewritten by imperfect begins:humans. it migh tbe the word of god, but it might not be the exact word that god wanted.

besides, aren't the concepts more important that arguing over which book is really the word of god? isn't it more important to be a good person, as almost all religions (except satanists) ask for?

The more important and pre-requisite question to answer before that "Is there God"? Without answer to that other questions are baseless.
