you have to assume that the other person isnt paying attention because usually, they aint payin no nevermind to what they're doing. tho, 45-55 is WAY too slow. you'll get rear-ended. push it as fast as you dare up to the speed limit, and dont hit any city traffic. city traffic is basically a 65MPH ballet where your life is the cost of losing. if yer doin 45 and retard of the year is barreling down your lane at 85, chances are strong he's not gonna see ya till after yer a hood orney

There are special driving classes that provided by the DMV that you payfore and they will help you over come this many people have this my mother had it and was able to correct it by classes
