No. AIDS is only transmitted through "bodily fluids". I know this sounds like tears would fit in this category, but they don't. It means blood and sexual fluids.

It's not impossible, but then again it is a stretch. You'd have to be in a really bad bar fight and a lot of blood flying with open wounds around your eye. But hey, anything is possible if you put your mind to it.
