Actually whoever answered that mixed breeds have fewer problems-I am sorry you are wrong. These so called FAD breeds like Puggles and Labradoodles etc-although are nice -only come from two pure-bred dogs.Now most of these so-called breeders do not eye check and certify their dogs for hips,elbows,Von willbraands disease and it goes on.These backyard breeders are trying to fool the public and make a quick buck.So in these mix cases you DO have a higher chance of medical issues down the road because ALL purebred dogs have genetic inherited problems and now you have just bred two of them together. Off the top of my head Pugs have heart-spine and eye prolapse issues-beagles skin allergies,spine issues and I am not even referencing my medical notes. So no I am not a snob ,these are nice dogs but they can and will have as many problem as a purebred could have.

Yes, I think Puggles are cuter than Pugs, and any mixed-breed dog is better than a purebred one (fewer health problems). I have a Poodle-mixed dog and he's great...I don't think you could go wrong with any Poodle mix.

Puggles are ok, but I prefer purebreed pugs.
Don't get me wrong, I'm no elitist...I just favor full pugs.
