I would cry, because I don't like being flicked. I'm particularly sensitive about that. Now, if they just yelled "ROAR" and walked away -sans the flicking- I would laugh quite hard.

If someone comes up to you and flicks you on the head, that is technically assault.
I have a "comfort zone" around me, where I don't like strangers to enter for no reason.
I would be a little peeved, but since no actual damage was done, what can you do but just take a deep breath and go on with your life?

My younger brother has a friend named Tyler.
He used to walk up to people, poke their forehead with a solemn look and walk away.
I think it is funny, and would probably start a conversation with the person!
There isn't enough humor in this world

I would punch them out...simple as that. No one is going to come up to me and thump me on the head or anywhere else without expecting something to happen to them. ROAR!
