i like this girl in my math class alot and i think she might liek me but not sure. how can i tell?
i asked her to a dance and she said no because she had to help a friend through a problem but if i would of asked earlier she could of gone......but we goof around everyday during math and talk to each other after school but people in math say that we flirt non stop and say she likes me so i dont know

NEVER go by what her friends say....things she says can get pretty twisted before they reach your ears...that might not be what she meant at all...If you talk to her everyday, I'd say she probably likes you...and you've got nothing to lose...

I would check with another friend. If he/she says the same about her knowing you like her, I would just ask her out. If she says yes, she likes you.

If she says no, she doesn't. But if she doesn't like you, then the relationship is doomed anyways.

If she makes another excuse, be skeptical.

I think that the whole dance thing was made up. I'm sorry. i would ask her on a date. i know you're too shy, I'm the same way. But it's the only way.

And if she says no, then I would try to salvage the relationship and ask again later. No earlier than a year unless she starts coming on you.

But if she is flirting with you, it's a good sign.
