1 lb hot sausage (no casing)
1 lb hamburger (I use chopped sirloin)
1 large red onion chopped

Fry in a large pot until the meat is cooked then add

1 envelope taco seasoning
1 jar of salsa (would suggest hot if you want really spicy otherwise I like mild)
4-5 cans of Campbell's Fiesta Nacho Cheese Soup

Stir and heat until cheese is hot. Eat with tortilla chips or even use it to top hot dogs, sausages. My brother even makes it into it's own sandwich.

This is the one recipe I am constantly asked to make for pot luck get togethers.
