Hi friend, I have been on efexor for a long time 375mg a day.It will effect you sexual function.Most anti depressions will do that .It can also affect eye site as my eye site has demist ion a lot since taking them.
Is you daily dosage to high maybe.Hope this will help you

Not for women, but for men it can cause inablity to ejaculate. If you are taking it and having sexual side effects, tell your doctor and see if they can prescribe a different antidepressant.
