Ive been drawing for 24 hrs I had to quit because i couldnt feel my thumb and its been 7 hrs later and its still numb . what
s wrong?

Well, if your thumb is still numb, then you should go and see a doctor about it. There are quite a few injuries that are possible. I experienced something similar once (lesson learned: safety scissors and corkboard don't mix), and the end result was that I had sprained my thumb.

Sprain.
Strain.
Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.
Fatigue.
Overexertion of the nerves.
Absolute physical fatigue - 24 hours of drawing followed by...what 7 hours of wakefulness or 7 hours of sleep? If you slept, did you sleep ON your thumb?
