You can have diet sodas instead of regular ones

to intake less calories, but read the label on the

bottle's ingredients and see if you really want all

of that artificial junk in your body! Try a very

cold bottle of water with a splash of lemon or

lime (small amount). It's much better for you.

No plastic lemons or limes- the "real fruit". Take

a very short walk around the block or in a park

and try to notice the things you take for granted.

It will be a little exercise and no calories and if

you do it almost every day, at the end of the

year you will have lost some weight and enjoyed

your life a little more. Watch the birds and

squirrels and other animals. Perhaps a friend

can join you and you can chat. Always go to a

safe area and you will do fine! If it rains, take a

longer walk the next time to make up the missed

time.

Diets and pop dont mix. Many people dont realise that pop is one of the biggest causes of obesity (along with burgers and fries).

I am concerned about why u are dieting, maybe I am wrong but ur use of language make you appear to be no more than a teenager.

Anyway, peronsally i think dieting is crap, better to change what you eat and how you eat. When u wake up drink a small glass of warm water to help get your metabolism started. Follow this with breakfast - high fibre cereals with fruit and nuts etc, fruit juice and fruit. Cut out crisps (potato chips) 'pop', chocolate, etc - if you eat a lot of mashed potatos change this for mashed swede.
OTher than that maybe try exercise. It doesnt have to include running marathons, in most cases taking a walk to the shops instead of driving or sitting on the couch helps a lot.

good luck

Try drinking diet pop instead. Doesn't have as many calories

Try drinking flavored carbonated water but make sure there is no calories or sugar in it. This took the place of pop for me and my son. Don't forget to drink lots of regular water too

Pop contains a phenomenal amount of sugar. It'll make the rest of your diet worthless, so give it up!
Check the sugar content of anything that you drink, some "healthy" drinks are half sugar.

Try a diet soda. But if you can't handle diet, then yes have one. Just remember that they are empty calories and that you'll then have to forgo something else in exchange.
