As many times as she wants. But it might be a better idea to refrain from committing to a decision until all the facts are considered, and that way, you wouldn't have to change your mind at all.

I can't count how many times. My mom used to do that to us when we were kids and always say that it is a woman's perogative to change her mind, it made me so mad, so I try not do that.
