It started out really small on my stomach area but i scratched and made it worst. It is not contagious. Concerned because I got it while at homeless shelter.

It could be a symptom of Hepatitis or something called Lichens Planus (I think I spelled that right). Make and appointment right away to see a Dermatologist so you can be properly diagnosed and hopefully get some medication to get rid of the itch. The longer you wait and the more you scratch, it could leave really bad scars that can take up to 2 years to fade away.

Go to a specialist for skin diseases, a dermatologist. Or,perhaps a doctor who is an allergist. You may have an allergy to something. If it's that simple, antihistamines and a hydrocortisone cream,or like medications will be prescribed to you,

It may be a form of Lupus (I can't remember the exact medical name) that causes a rash and sensitivity (extreme) to sunlight. My cousin has red blotches on her face, arms, stomach....it hurts and itches badly. They diagnosed her with this form of Lupus.

I don't know either. Just make sure you're seeing the right doctor/specialist. I would see a dermatologist and an allergist. Good luck.

My ex had something that sounds like that... it was pregnancy related. For her it was a very RARE rash, but not unheard of.
