Take stool softners. Train yourself to use the bathroom, then soak in a hot tub of water to cleanse the area. It works.

Try to treat them with Callendula ointment..it really works and maximum hygiene is required,You may also stick to the right dietary system,rich in fibres..Just try!

There are some good creams out there don't bother it or try any thing yourself , you probably need a better diet.
