Optifast Diet....worth it or not?

I am going to an informational meeting tonight. If you tried it did you follow through for a year with meetings? What was your experience with hunger?Did anyone try the OptiSlim program?

I am on a program which is very similar called HMR and it has worked. I have lost 75 pounds in 6 months. My husband has lost 95lbs. Good luck...it feels so good to be healthier! (I still have more to go!)
