Once a person is a Jew (by being born or converting) he can never become a non-Jew. But he could be irreligious! Those two movements that you cited are totally heretic and against Judaism. If they are jewish or not depend on whether they were born Jewish (they have a jewish mother). But, they have no association to Judaism religiously.

A righteous gentile from a biblical standpoint is a gentile who follows the 7 laws of Noach - Unlike the Jews who have 613 commandments to follow in order to be righteous. Thats why we dont try to convert people to Judaism - if they are following the 7 laws and are righteous there is no reason for it!

From a Jewish perspective, the 7 Noachide Laws define a righteous gentile. The Torah also set up rules for how to expound on these Laws. Gentiles therefore--from a Biblical standpoint--should not obey any other commandments and be proud of their gentile heritage.

Messianic Judaism makes no sense. If you believe in Jesus you are a Christian not a Jew. As far as the Torah goes to be a righteous Gentile all you need to do is follow the seven laws of Noah.

As far as this Christian Pastor is concerned I think it's great.
As far as the Torah and any other writings of the Jewish sages, I think there is a wealth of information and knowledge contained within the pages.
The festivals and feasts all contain lessons that any Christian would benefit by learning.
None are righteous no not one.

It sounds to me like Jewish are having the same problems Christians have >>>>>>>>segregation with all these denominations instead of embracing one another.

sad
