I would suggest you do as you're starting to get into tourist season. Just give them a call & reserve the afternoon tea. Dress nice!

I would strongly recommend you to make a reservation before showing up. As I have worked in the Hospitality Industry before I know that sometimes at hotels like the Ritz, breakfast can be extremely busy and full. To eliminate disappointment I would suggest you book first.

The ritz carlton is so sweet. I'm to lazy to make reservations so I just slip people some money and they'll find me a seat. I suggest you do though!

Yes you'll need to book plus there is a dress code... I would recommend Claridge's if you fancy a fancy lunch..
