I'm the kind of person who when I'm dating someone, I want to spend as much time with that person as possible. If we can't spend time together I enjoy talking on the phone with my boyfriend. How much is too much? How can you tell if he thinks it's too much?

When he starts avoiding you as much as possible, and breaks up with you.
Many guys, including me, run from clinging women like you. Especially, if you have just started dating. It makes you out to be desperate.
Back off a little, give them space, and time to get to know you better, more is often, just too much of a good thing.
When you talk on the phone, is he talking or just mumbling some response, while you go on and on, endlessly, chatting about nothing.
Only you can tell, if what I say is true. But if men or boys, break up with you in the first couple of weeks, then you are pushing too much.
Take it easy, you have the time, relax and enjoy the boys, get to know them slowly and at their own pace, not yours.
