Pass out the Spanish language booklets. You'll meet people who speak English, as well. Have a great trip!
$300 isn't too much. At $6 an hour that would be 50 hours of work. Why don't you make up a list of things you can do like babysitting, washing cars, cleaning garages, etc. and sell certificates for 10 hours work. Sell five certificates to some families at church for $60 each and you'll have your $300.
The certificate should list what you can do and when you are available.

Many people will speak at least some English. While you won't have a huge group of people flocking to you, if you could set yourself up with a church perhaps with no fluent english-speaker you could lend some help there.
I think it's great that you and your youth group want to reach out, keep up the good work!

I really don't have an answer for you but I feel as though the life you walk in front of people is witness enough to your relationship with God. The love of Jesus Christ bridges all language barriers! I hope you have a wonderful time and that by your walk, you can draw people to Christ

Lasermouse9 exaggerates, but only slightly. Catholics, including Latin Catholics, generally like being Catholic. Some will resent your witnessing.
Then again, if your Spanish is next-to-nonexistent than I suppose that could prove to be a blessing for the Mexicans....

memerize parts of the bible that can be used when witnessing...i believe one is called the roman road or something...i dont remember XD i'm bad at witnessing with the bible sometimes...i read from it what i want personally. i would say get a spanish bible and in an english bible, find parts you want to say to them and mark them in ur spanish bible for when you get there. and while you at it, go to a translator online and find out how to say what each thing means in your own words to explain it to them....thats the best advice i can give you.

when our kids go there is always plenty of bi-lingual people there too. Just give everybody a big smile and really care. They will sense your witness.

Witness like Jehovah's Witness?
Don't try to convert Latin Catholics.
They'll kill you before they give up their faith.
Watch out, seriously.

I'll give you $300 to NOT witness. Please don't do that. It's so incredibly insulting. And typically American/arrogant.
The poor little natives, don't know jesus, gotta educate them or they'll burn in hell.
Leave them alone!
