im a sophomore and shes a freshman...i see her everyday and i notice that she looks back when i look over...but i dont kno if she likes me or not
its just idk how to approach her and start something,,,she doesnt even kno me but i just wish i could have her

Would you rather kick yourself everyday and think i wish i could ask her out or i wish i had asked her out.You never know the answer if you don't ask.Its better to try something and fail than fail to try something.So you ask her out.If she doesn't say yes then its not the end of the world you will get over it even though you feel like you wont.

Do subtle things that can be explained away if necessary. Most likely doing things that show your interest will attract her to you even if she isn't interested right now.

be nice to her. make her feel safe when she's with you. Believe me. i've been in situation like this before..
