Her intellect, her charm, grace and personality, her beauty, in that order, for beauty may or may not last a lifetime, but the chances of the other attributes are generally life time companions. The first four form her inner beauty, which is more important than the external beauty. But, then I am not a boy, but a middle aged man, so maybe many may disagree with me.

Every guy has different likes and dislikes, but the majority of the male population would prefer a girl who's visually appealing. But then again, there's also the personality too. If you like their looks and personality, guys will definately go for that. But most will look at first appearences.

Personality. I couldn't stand being with a flowerpot (a girl with all looks + no thoughts in her head behind all the make-up). \
That's just me though, most teenagers will probably disagree.
