1- are all ur questions about this girl. it seems so because i remember scanning a bunch of love questions from u. oh well
2-does she have a bf? do u think she likes u as more than a friend? have u asked her?
3- just ask. the worst(Not really, but i'm trying to be positive) she can say is no. but i'm not sure if that's what to do, it's just an idea. u can't blame me, only 13

Be her friend. Sounds hard, and it is. If she isn't interested, at least right now, the best thing you can do is just be her friend. Don't try to make huge moves or anything. She may see something in you once she gets to know you better, or she may not. Regardless, you will be able to spend more time with her. Perhaps not on the level you want to, but it really is better than nothing.

tell her how u feel and if she only loves you as a friend that let it be and your friendship doesn't have to end there. ask her if she wants to go out for a date and ask her often. tell her slowly don't rush it too fast. don't make a move too fast. take it day by day. GOOD LUCK!

even though you already told her how you feel, try telling her that your serious about it. and im pretty sure she likes you based on that she said "awww:. " mabye she is waiting for you to ask her out. but, if she doesnt like you try just telling her how you feel and that you are serious about it.

Some girls aren't that forward and they kind of keep it to themselves. She probably wants you to make the first move. She doesn't want to be the boss in the relationship.

You really have two options.
1) Ask her out
2) If you have mutual friends, ask one of them to ask her if she likes you. Then from their feedback, if positive, ask her out or not.
