Please give me honest and open answers. I need all the help i can get. But i would also hope to not get any law enforcement involved with this. Thanks for the help.

Without getting the law involved, there's no real way to.
If you're serious and you can not work your problems out with your parents, see about living with another relative. But at such a young age, we all fight and don't get along with our parents. Have you tried to sit and talk to them? Or what about a counselor at school?

for everyone that has said "14 year olds cant get a job" well they can I got a job when I was 14. And you could but your parents would call the police. And where would you live. If there is a reason why you want to leave your house such as your parents beat you then you can call social services. you can probably get the number by googleing social services number

No, because 14 yr olds cannot have a job, cannot drive, cannot own a car, and cannot buy a house and are not responsible enough to take care of themselves if you have issues with your parents you need to resolve them immediately, before you think about doing something worse than just running away from home, that is not the answer.

no, a 14 year old can't just move out
they would be classifed as a runaway, and the police would pick them up
a child can become emancipated if the parents can be proven unfit, but that is through the courts, and the child has to have somewhere permanent to live until they are 17

is it you or your daughter i did not know but yes a 14 year old girl can pack up her belongings and go.
yeah and no matter what some of them are saying a 14 year old can get a job they just have restrictions i knw i have a job and im 14

It would only work if she were legally emancipated, or if the parents legally gave up all custody of her. Both involve the court system although not necessarily the police. Courts don't grant either plea lightly.
