This looks about right for student housing. I am sure that you will get creative with overhead space. I lived in smaller places while in college.

That size of space is roughly 20 ft wide by 20 ft long. Go outside with some cans or something a mark off a space of 20 ft X 20 ft and it will give you an Idea of what you will have for your studio.

432 s.f. is not a large anything. It is small. I have one about that size. Great for one person.

not bad if you alone, if you get a roomy youll be fighting for space.
