Umm what are you talking about? First off young lady..the women, is suposed to let the guy ask her out, not the girl as the guy out. Come on you should know that. And second of all you are only 13..you are WAYYYY too young to be dating. Dating is for adults your only a little girl.
You see dating is suposed to be for two adults who feel real serious about marriage...not two youngsters who have no clue what commitment means and are immature and too young to handle something like that. Right now you need to be looking for girls that you can be friends with...your time will come to have a b/f.

It depends what you mean by "out." If you mean a casual movie or whatever, then just say "hey, want to go to a movie this weekend?" Act like it's no big deal. BUT SAY IT TO HIS FACE. DON'T WRITE A NOTE OR GET A FRIEND TO DO IT. IF YOU LIKE HIM YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO TALK TO HIM! But if you mean a full fledged dinner @ a restaurant, honestly, that's not something he'll want to do. Especially @ 13. Guys are immature at 13, and DEFINITELY not romantic. (I would know. Trust me.)

ok well im also 13 but i would first be shure he likes you and if your shure just call him say. just ask if he likes anyone and if he would consider being more than friends if he says no then ask to be good friends and you never know what might bloom from that... GOOD LUCK!
