Life means nothing.Its always unreal.All ppl are pretending and are unfatihful.Everything around is just a mirage.Noting is for real .If u take sugar and other stuff u cant 'GO' happily instead u have to 'GO' only after suffering happy moments like dialysis,heart bypass surgery,kidney transplant,BP tablets and inviting the wrath of ppl around u.So make sure that u GO happily without being a burden to others.
The ultimate aim of LIFE is to DIE happily.Ur specified job is to DIE and thats y u were born.

Well now a days people mostly just live to eat just like you are suggesting. And for some people that is the whole meaning of their life.
