If you are referring to the Brazilian term like in the song "Ai Se Eu Te Pego," then it is first important to point out this is a Latino term but not Hispanic since Brazil is a nation based of of Portugal not Spain. In this sense it is a saying literally referring to the Virgin Mary but used as an expression meaning "wow" just like the term "Jesus Christ" is used in English.

nosa is a portuguese expression when someone is stumped by something.
In spanish it has no meaning

Nossa is the correct spelling which means OUR. Like Nossa casa is our house, nossa escola is our school. It is not Spanish but Portuguese. Sometimes people use it as an expression when surprised or frightened...e.g. Nossa Senhora!
