Call your local Better Business Bureau. They will advise you as to the number if complaints lodged against this business through their organization. They will also advise as to the outcome of those complaints. Even the very best businesses will eventually have a complaint lodged against them, but a large number of complaints should be a warning sign. Complaints that have gone unresolved or unanswered should also set off alarms.
