Everytime I see this person and we both look at each other my heart feels like it slows down. We both talked to each other and I can tell that he likes me too. but he want make a move. He flirts with me. What is he waiting on. could it be that I'm not exactly single that he's afraid of. or is he not interested.

Is he single? I am so sick of infidelity~ What is wrong with people? OK OK OK! I did the same thing! I found a man and I melted everytime I was even near him and he had no clue!!!! It took a long time but I finally got him and now we are expecting our second child together with his one and my other 5! I left my husband for him and now I am the most insecure person in the world, just be careful.

If the guy makes your heart melt, then go talk to him. There could be a million reasons he hasn't talked to you, he could be shy or he could not be that interested in you and he could just be being friendly. But, either way, if you go talk to him then you'll know. If you don't know him, just start by saying hi. Then even if it's awkward, go introduce yourself. Tell him you always see him and wanted to say hi. It's not very often that people can say their heart melts. So, go for it, you only live once.
