how can u tell if the person likes you by the kiss
because i kissed this lad a my lips tingled

it all depends
how long you know this person, you just meet. do you have feelings for this person. because a kiss could mean a lot of things. especially if the other person does not have the same connection then it doesn't really mean anything unless it's coming from both ends

When I was young, kissing someon generally meant they liked you and you liked them. I mean, do you kiss people you don''t like?
As for the tingling, it could be the chap stick or herpes. Or maybe love, who knows?
Be carefule and don't kiss dudes you aren't sure you like.
