PB&J sandwich, Ramen Noodles, Mac N Cheese, Hot dogs, leftovers....I'm sure you can find something in your kitchen!

If you are old enough to be left home alone you are old enough to feed yourself. Just go into the kitchen and make a sandwich or a can of soup or something. If you are incapable of this then suggest to your mom to hire a babysitter.

If you can cook, take out some ground turkey and make spaghetti, or grill some chicken breasts. well that's what I do since our freezer is stacked with frozen meats.
