You should probably try to eat right and exercise daily. I know a fun way to exercise your legs. Get the Dance Dance Revolution game for home and that will keep you jumping. It's fun to play, you get to listen to cool music and you get a nice workout.

Exercise, at least walk, dance, run, just get that heart rate up, at least 20 minutes a day, 3 times a week. Also, limit red meats, sugary sweets, and packaged items such as chips, cookies, and crackers (anything that has preservatives, bc that leads to the BAD hydogenated fat). Try to eat more bright green and orange fruits and veggies. Chicken and fish are great, just not fried. Whole grains instead of white breads. Just be conscious of what you put into your body. Protein calories are the best you can consume. So if a package says that their are 60 calories in one serving, check the percentages of fat, protein, and carbs. Whichever has the highest percentage is the one that most of those calories are coming from.
Also, please make this a lifestyle change instead of a "fad diet," you will gain it all back plus more if you try to make a temporary change.

Eat fresh fruits and vegetables all the time with hardly any meat (maybe %15 of your diet), and walk for at least 30min everyday. Of course you should consult your doctor.
