If you have been going to public school your whole life, then private school could be really dificult.
I did just that, and the people that had been going to the school for a long time were really clicky and mean to me.
I never had problems making friends in public school, and I only spent two years in private school because the people were so terrible to me.
If it is early in your schooling (like before middle school) then you should at least give it a try. But if you are going into middle or high school, definitely stick with public. You will find more people to get along with and even though school sucks, you can at least get by with some friends.

When I attended the Indiana School For The Blind, there was only 180 students in the whole school, 10 or less per grade. We had a mandatory daily study hall after school with teachers in attendance if we had any questions. I travled all over the country competing in track, dance and cheer leading competitions. In the fourth grade, in music class we learned how to read sheet music, in the 5th grade we had a choice to take either piano or band lessons. I became proficient at the piano. The entire piano department gave two annual concerts at Christmas and at the end of the school year.

Jst try Private school for a year, you'll love it. Trust me, I go to one.
Its much safer, there are no bullies, you get educated better, the teachers care for you better, and so much more.

You are lucky to go to private school while others go to public! So just take every chance you get. Try it for just one year, you don't like it (which most likely won't happen), then you can just go to public.

Good luck ;-)
