fuzz?? i am going to assume you mean fizz... that is the carbonation in the soda that is deliberately put in by manufacturers...

Only through your nose! :)) No, of course it's not dangerous to drink. It might give you the hiccups or the burps, though, if you drink too fast. All the fuzz is is the soda with air bubbles under it.
