They'll never change their mind, think they are the best, conceited. I try to keep my patience but they never learn.

Be patient, explain as you would to a child, and when they are not looking, whack them just behind the ear with a brick ... makes for a much-improved decision-making process.

Share your thoughts with people around you.... If they think the same way about that person, the next time the three of you will be talking to each other, you'll at least know that you're not the only one who is annoyed with the conversation.
Also, during the conversation, look at your ally and wink... it's quite fun to see the expression on your ally's face... they usually want to cry out something like: "OH MY GOD GET ME OUT OF HERE!!"... this will help you keep your cool because you're not alone!!!!

Think of them as people who God uses to grow patience and perseverance in you.

James 1:2-4
"Consider it pure joy, my brothers, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith develops perseverance. Perseverance must finish it's work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything."

Note where it says "...trials of many kinds." Trust me, having idiots in your life is a kind of trial.

Many blessings. :)

They're not idiots, they're narcissistic.

And you have a problem here.

Best thing is not to feed up their narcissistic needs. If you are able to do this, they will leave you to look for other means to feed it.

They need this like breathing.

I usually ignore them. There's no point in wasting time on them.
