A quad cabin will accomodate 4 people. There may be 4 beds (two lower beds that may be converted to one bed, plus 2 upper bunks that come down from the ceiling) or there may be 3 beds (2 lower beds that convert to one, plus a sofa bed that would accomodate 2 people). The bedding configuration will depend on the category of the cabin.

"Quad" anything usually indicates four. So this cabin should have beds enough for four (might be all single beds, or two doubles, etc.)
