if you want him to stop bugging you you write him a letter that has in it everything that you dont like that he is doing and then u give it to him or you just sit him down and tell him whats wrong but honistly that is what brothers are for and there also there to protect u

Pretend what he says doesn't bother you. If he thinks it's not annoying you, he'll get bored and eventually stop. Give it some time. Trust me..I have a brother.

I can't really help you because I'm an older brother, but there's pretty much nothing to be done except to ignore them. if you ignore him he'll see that he's not making you mad(which is probably his goal)and eventually stop.
