I not believe that it is not in our place to judge anyone based on their sexuality or anything else for that matter. There are many instances I can site for people who are trying to emulate God or Jesus who should not even try to judge anyone. In trying to emulate Jesus, we judge homosexuality as a sin but when Jesus was here, it was rather the people who were outcast by people that He spent his time with. Prostitutes, cheaters, lepers........

It says in the bible that it is by His grace that we are saved. Anyone judging someone based on his sexuality is not doing anyone any good because there are so many other things he is doing that is only grace that is going to save him. Most importantly, the bible also says love your neighbour as yourself. It does not say consider his sexuality, his skin colour, his money or anything else. The reason why most people fail with that is because we do not even love OURSELVES.

I don't believe in "God", but I believe people should live as they choose.
If God is responsible for everyone on the planet, in other words, he made everyone. Then didn't God make them homosexual? Religious people say that we are all God's children, I would take that to mean everyone. So, God even made homosexuals. It's between God and them.
My feelings are this: Stay out of everyone elses business. I will live how I choose, and leave you to live as you choose. (no I am not gay).

I have to say after reading some of the responses, Homosexuality has been around since the beginning of time. I don't believe it is a "choice" as so many would like to believe. Many homosexuals live lies so they don't have to face the degradation that so many in society feel is their right to give out. Those without sin, throw the first stone. No-one in today's society is as pious as they would like to believe. The bible (other than the 10 commandments, which have the basics that most people live by anyway) is out of date with the times. Very few people have a lamb to offer for a burnt offering. Or such simplistic lives as depicted in the bible. When life was digging in the sand for a meager crop, it was much easier to live simple sin free lives.
Get over yourselves, and leave people alone. You don't know what is going on in a person's brain or body.

Sorry, I have to rant a little bit more.
For those of you who insist that homosexuality is a choice, tell me this. Do you think that a 14-16 year old boy going through puberty, suddenly wakes up and says, "I'm going to be gay!" Give me a break! I am sure that the feelings that he has (or a girl, for that matter) are unsettling and scary. It takes time and understanding for them to come to grips with who they are. And constanty telling them that it's a choice and they could change if they wanted too, it just a good way to mess up their minds.
If all you people that believe homosexuality is a sin, if your son or daughter came to you and told you they were gay, would you kick them out of the house and stop loving them? If you did, or do, you suck.

Sorry, BigDaddy, I kinda' got off the subject I think.

God create Adam into his own image. God wanted to fill the earth with his people so he created Eve from Adam's rib. God created a man & a woman from the very beginning. If he wanted homosexalilty from the beginning, he would have created it. Homosexality is a sin. As for the sentence, any sin will be looked upon on. Everyone needs to follow the 10 commandmants & follow the bible or will arrive in hell. The bible is a map on your way to heaven. You cannot ask for God's forgives if you contiune to sin week after week.

Only God decides who goes to heaven or Hell. I do know that the Bible states that Homosexuality is an abomination before his eyes.
He will turn anyone who lives this life style or agrees with will be handed over to a reprobate mind (which means less than).
It matters not what man thinks it matters what God has said.
If you are a ture believer fellow not the undestanding of man but the word of God.

His Word says that for a man to "love" another man is an abomination. What do you think?! And no, God isn't an imaginary friend for adults, but apparently that's what helps the writer above to convince themselves to keep on doing whatever, whenever they want without consequences - or so they think. The day will come and there will be no turning back. Eternity.

The grace in this is, He's allowing this time on this Earth to repent and you only have to repent once to him and never turn back to the ways you know in your heart are wrong. He made way for us to go directly to him to repent. You don't have to go through any other man or repeat yourself to anyone else, just Him.

Homosexuals to a lifetime in hell? Of course not ! My objection is when schools tell very little kids about homosexuality when they are not even ready to understand love and sex between adult men and women ! But the fact that they are what they are and choose to be as rresponsible adults shouldnot be anyone's business

Everyone who is cast into the lake of fire (including the unrepentant homosexuals who understand but reject God's truth) will be turned into ashes, not tormented forever(Malachi 4:3). The passage in Revelation which says that the "smoke of their torment(those who were cast into the lake of fire) rises up forever" is frequently not compared to Scriptures such as Romans 10:9(the wages of sin is death..), Malachi 4:3, and Ecclesiastes 9:5(which says that the dead know nothing). Furthermore, I have read in the booklet "What happens after death?" that the Greek word which was translated "forever" in Revelation could have been more accurately translated as "until it(the smoke) ceases to exist" or words to that effect.
Those who reject God and His way of life, including homosexuals who do not repent of their evil deeds after learning the truth, will be cast into the lake of fire to die the second death, not to be tortured forever. They will be turned into ashes, and this is an act of mercy and love(which does not delight in evil but rejoices in the truth--1 Corinthians 13:4-8), for God will not tolerate unrighteousness and rebellion in His kingdom, nor will he allow anyone besides the devil and demons, who are already immortal and cannot be killed, to be tormented in the lake of fire.

no, everybody sins, so even if homosexuality is a sin, it's just another sin! I've sinned in many ways in my lifetime just not in that way, but I know God won't sentance me to hell for being a sinner, he'll only sentence me to hell if I'm a sinner who doesn't believe in him!

No one is without sin. It would depend upon what kind of a person they are other than being homosexual. Christ said; "In my Father's house there are many mansions". Meaning; There are many degrees or levels on which we will exist in the kingdom of God.

In the bible it does say that homesexuality is a sin. God created man to be with woman (adam and eve). So i don't know what will God do to homos. but that is something i am not going to go in to. i think gays and such are good and nice people. i have no problem with them. it is a sin though but that is not going to stop me from being nice and hanging out with as friends and all. I don't know what God will do though.
