He's never mean to me, but he has never actualy flat out said he liked me, we flirt all the time, we have never kissed or anything, we take walks at night & just stay up almost every nite talkin & watchin movies togethr till like 4 in the mornin, but i want to know ,wht does this mean??

Im the same why and guess what ?? my girlfriend had to take the first move, she was just tired of it and she kissed me, I was surprised but I loved it. I definetely look up to women that are bold and go for it, cause that doesnt have to mean shes a whore or anything like that. I mean if you just met the guy 10 minutes ago and kiss him that may sound strange but not if like you said you have had quality time with him. Besides remenber that we're in the 21st century, go for it girl.

It depends. Is he romantic with you? Or is he casual with you?
If he's romantic, or just acts different, it probably means that he likes you and is just shy about it.
But, if he's just himself with you, and not any different than normal, he probably just wants to get in your pants. Or he reaaallllly likes you as a friend.
