need to leave her for the weekend alone and she eats all her food if i give a lot, but she doesn't seem to drink very much water.

I would strongly suggest having a friend come in and feed and play with the cat while you're away. If you leave a BIG bowl of dry food (like casserole-size dish) and a BIG bowl of water, she'll probably be fine. A cat CAN'T eat that much at once. And are you talking about dry or canned food. A giant bowl of dry would get her through a weekend.

They can live with out food for like 3 days but put out a lot of water..no more than 3 days

If you just leave alot of food and alot of water it will be ok. Trust me, she will drink the water if she gets thirsty. If your still unsure, maybe ask a nieghbor you know or a family member to check on it every once in a while. Thats what i do when i go on vacation.

Just feed her before you go then leave her dry biscuit, the cat ones in a big bowl and loads of water. if you are only going from firday till sunday she will be fine as I have had to do this to my cat when i had to rush off one weekend. But please leave loads of water and dry food.
