I have got both and I'd like to know more about a possible connection.

There certainly is a connection, I also have both & a number of other related conditions. In general these conditions are grouped together and called "connective tissue disorders". There is also a relationship between CTD and autoimmune diseases.
The best way to get some really valuable info is to look up Arthritis & Rheumatoid arthritis & focus on related conditions, you may well find answers to questions you hadnt even thought of.

I would do a google search by typing trigger finger and reynaud's. As far as I know, they are different.
