Well.. it is illegal.
But I have heard that many Walmart's are very lenient on what gets copied. My friend copied her wedding pictures and the staff didn't even look at her pictures. So it's harmless to try. All they will say is "These are professional, you can't copy them."
Or you could try the many on line services. I'm pretty sure the images do not get looked at too much. I had a professional picture from the late 80's blown up to a 16x20 with ease.
You just have to scan the pics into your computer and go to:
www.snapfish.com
http://www.kodakgallery.com/ (this is the one I used for the one print)
www.ofoto.com
www.shutterfly.com

Actually, it is but only from your home with a scanner and a good quality printer. But, remember it is illegal if you have a copyright on it. I did it though! If you decide to go that route , go to circuit city and tell then what type of computer you have and let them know what you want to do and they'll show you everything you'll need. Oh, make sure you take all th einfo about your computer, so you can obtain the best of everything.

Well, technically you're not allowed to copy professional pictures so it probably will be almost impossible to find a place where you can copy them......do you know anyone who has a scanner?
