I met this guy a couple of months ago. We were both on vacation.Spent 3 nice days together. Then went back home.He - to one coast of the country. Me- to an absolutely different one :) We talked on the phone every day.For about a month. Then i went to visit him. Now he wants me to move there. He talks about commited relationship and family. I like him. But i dont believe in love from the first sight.I think moving and starting a family is a serious step. And of course i doubt his intentions and keep looking for something that could be wrong. What do you think?
PS He is almost 40. May be he just feels its time to have family and kids?

Don't move out there unless you already are serious, sure that you love him, sure that there are no hidden problems that you can't deal with, and sure that you will either marry him or be able and happy to build a new life there if marriage plans fall through.
It sounds like he is not the one for you. If that's so, don't try to fit him into that position. Wait for the man you feel good about.

Well he could be sincere, cause not many guys want a commitment these days so the fact that you've found someone like that is commendable and it's understandable as u seem to be very articulate and focused so he's probably blown away by you and your personality. But if you are a bit skeptical, try testing him out first to see if he's a sincere as he appears cause it could be an act.

Find a way to have a relationship that doesn't involve either of you relocating. It's dangerous to change everything in your life for someone you can't really have a totally clear picture on. He might be the right guy for you, but you better know him really well before you pack up and marry him.

well that sounds like my life and i moved in and married the guy and 13 years later I'm bored cause he is 9 years older than me and I want to have fun and he is boring now so I say pass honey and find some one close to you and get to know them for along time to see if he is really like you and if he will make you happy. cause you have to find out what all his goals are in life not just love, kids, and marriage its way more than that..cause if not in 2 years it wil be over......... Good Luck

You are absolutely right. He feels that his time is running out. If you are younger than 35 I don't think you want an old guy to father your kids.

if you have so many doubts you don't love him enough to change your city.if he love you so much why he don't move to you?if you don't trust him(May be he just feels its time to have family )=you simply are afraid !Think about it!

I DON'T THINK THAT MOVING WITH HIM IS A GOOD IDEA. U DON'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT HIM. I THINK THAT IF HE WANT U THAT BAD, TELL HIM TO MOVE ON YOUR END OF THE COUNTRY
