You don't mix wine, unless you want to make sangria. In this case, mix some red wine with chopped fruits (like oranges, grapes, pear, etc) and add some sugar. Mix it all up, stick it in the fridge, and let it mellow for a few hours. Serve with ice.

You can mix vodka with any fruit juice or soda. Popular mixes include vodka and orange juice (also known as a Screwdriver) and vodka and 7-up. There are some good flavoured vodkas out there- I like vanilla vodka mixed with cranberry ginger ale.

Vodka you like to stay with a ice cream or a little ginger ale. Wine is a complex drink that differs upon color and tatse. Most wine can be mix well with a coke or cranberry juice.

I have actually had a vodka drink that was 20cl (total) of 10 different types of vodka and a splash of grenadine all served over ice. It tasted like a standard long drink, but I really want to figure out how they made it, it was amazingly good.

Vodka - Energy drink, Cranberry juice, pineapple juice, Cherry 7Up, Flavored Schnapps, Kool-Aid, just anything if you want to offset the taste of the vodka.

Wine - never heard of anyone mixing anything with wine.

Vodka can be drank with tonic water, orange juice, pine apple juice, or really just about any kind of juice.

When drinking it with juice I prefer pine apple over o.j. just because I find the o.j to be to filling.

As far as wine goes... I don't it, but never known anyone who mixes it with anything.

Vodka pretty much can be put into anything, but is especially good with any kind of fruit juice. It's also good with pickles (yes, sounds crazy but it's true) just put one in the glass.
Wine doesn't need and probably shouldn't be mixed with anything, it's flavorful enough!

The best way is not to mix, pure vodka and pure wine.
