I would like to know the exact specific code that bans them. What is they are not "sexual"

If by "anal massage" you mean actually touching the anus, then yes, they are quite likely illegal. However, professional massage therapists massage the muscles (gluts.) all the time with no problem.
I can't see why anyone would want an "anal massage" unless it was for sexual pleasure, and that smacks of prostitution to me.

Since your question looks for only one lesson I would limit myself to your query status. The value of humanity is falling apart too rapidly in today's world as a result of which so much of violence world wide. What we need to teach is to ask to respect social bindings and human values specially to the upcoming generation. Other positive things would follow automatically.
