Okay, so you don't like any fruits. You better like vegetables then. I would suggest red bell pepper and broccoli since both are nutrient rich foods. I understand...sometimes healthy food are not the greatest tasting...but you have to think about your body..mix these veggies in a stir-fry or in a salad.

You need to do some cardio exercises 5-6 days a week if you are serious about losing weight. Also, some light weight training exercises for toning.

If you are short on time, find weight you can use 12-15 reps and concentrate on compound body exercises such as squats, bench presses, rows, and deadlifts. Do one set of each consecutively with no rest then rest for 1-2 minutes after you have done a circuit (one set of each exercises) . Then repeat one more circuit..this will give you some cardio benefit and weight training benefit. Good luck.

Otherwise, I would do two to three full body workouts with weights and 5 cardio sessions a week.

I would try to find a calorie calculator to see how many calories you need to maintain your weight. Then, you deduct 500 calories for one pound, and another 500 calories if you exercise. I would start exercising 4-5 times a week. Running and cycling are the best ways to lose your lower body fat.

I wouldn't diet too hard because you want to maintain a diet that you can keep up with after you lose the weight. Just pay attention to your intake. USDA's MyPyramid site is amazing to use.

Good luck!

Lots and lots of water (NO SODA EVEN DIET), lots of fresh veggies (lightly steamed if possibe to retain all their good stuff) and fruits(try smoothies or dried...it's better than nothing), avoid beef as much as possible and stick to skinless chicken and turkey!
Since you are so young, make sure you talk with your parents and doctor before beginning an exercise program! Pilates and yoga work wonders...but you still need cardio (at least 20 min per day...more if you can)!

Try walking everyday it really helps stay away from sodas they blow you up also try cutting back on your salt drink a lot of water just eat smaller portions of food if you don't like fruit try eating on a smaller plate that's less room for more food. you could also try eating spoon full of peanut butter it's suppose to stop hungry. Good Luck
