Healthy individuals expel excrement from their bodies often,in the forms of perspiration, urination and bowel movements excrement. Even exhaling your breath is removing unneeded or used air. Vomit is yet another form of excrement.
So if you eat health and regularly you will have healthy, regular bowel movements. And at least once a day you should have a B.M., and urination happens when we feel the need, due to our bladders holding capacity of liquid waste to be released from our bodies.
