Do you mean you have asthma and don't like lemon?
I can barely make your sentences out! If you want good advice, you need to pay more attention to what you type.
If you want a good yoga routine that isn't too strenuous, try Precision Yoga.
I must say that Cardio and a better diet is KEY to weight loss. You can fast for 2 days on soup or whatever, but you won't keep it off unless you exercise and eat less.

I read this twice. The way you layer longer story-related prose is admirable, and something I have much trouble with. You make it seem effortless, natural, but all of us who write know the opposite is true. I often measure the effectiveness of a piece by the number of TD's........Jealousy rears it's green head. start a health diet. drink loads of water.take lime shots early morning empty stomach. avoid carbs after 7:30 evening.go for a walk for atleast 45 minutes daily. cut down on fried sweets bread biscuits.

Drink a full 8oz glass of water before every meal and after your meal and control your portion intake take in more veggies instead of pasta and don't go for seconds and if your drink regular sodas which to diet sodas it really works. That's what I did and it worked. and don't skip any meals.
